Welcome and introduction: A VietHarvest representative shares insights on food waste, food rescue, and community impact in Vietnam.
Hands-on cooking session: Participants are guided by a chef to prepare and package meals, using rescued ingredients provided by VietHarvest where available.
Shared meal experience: Participants enjoy the dishes they have prepared together, creating space for team bonding and reflection.
Community impact: Prepared meals are delivered by VietHarvest’s truck to partner charities. Participants may choose to travel independently to personally distribute the meals to beneficiaries.
