On Friday, June 5th, the VietHarvest team successfully completed our very first food rescue at the iconic hotel. This milestone moment was the culmination of a smooth, collaborative onboarding process. From hosting a food rescue orientation with the chefs to fine-tuning logistics with managers, the entire process was seamless, proving that world-class luxury and sustainability can go hand-in-hand.
