INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL SAIGON – SUNDAY 4 JUNE 2023
On the eve of United Nations’ World Environment Day, VietHarvest is thrilled to host the inaugural CEO CookOff event which will bring together 50 CEOs and business leaders to cook with 10 celebrity chefs from Australia and Vietnam’s hottest dining scene. They will come together to cook for more than 150 leaders from local charities and business community raising funds for VietHarvest to rescue food and help the underserved communities in Vietnam.
Hosted at the Intercontinental Hotel Saigon, the grand ballroom will be transformed into Ho Chi Minh’s largest restaurant with purpose for the evening. Food is a great equalizer and a connector, and this event has a profound effect on everyone involved. From the food, to the entertainment and the chance to come together as a community, this experience will be the highlight of the year for all involved – all raising funds for VietHarvest to rescue food and support underserved communities in Vietnam.
The CEO CookOff began in Sydney by OzHarvest. Since its inception in 2012, the CEO CookOff™ has raised more than $12.5 million dollars allowing OzHarvest to deliver 25 million meals across Australia to people in need, the impact and model is now being shared across the globe with Harvest chapters in New Zealand, United Kingdom, Japan, South Africa and more recently, Vietnam.
